Patricia Kelly MA, LLM
Patricia joined Ipulse in 2009 from another leading European patent and trademark firm. Prior to this she worked as a research assistant in the Faculty of Law at the University of Cambridge, based primarily in the Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Law.
Patricia is currently in the process of qualifying as a Registered Trademark Attorney and European Trademark Attorney. She is experienced in filing and prosecuting trade mark applications in the UK, Europe and internationally, as well as in handling contentious matters. She also has experience in the daily management of extensive trademark portfolios.
When she isn’t working or studying, Patricia enjoys cooking. She particularly enjoys preparing desserts and, consequently, visiting the gym regularly.
