Jennifer Wotherspoon MBiochem
Jenny joined Ipulse in 2012 after qualifying as both a European and UK patent attorney with another firm of leading European patent attorneys in London.
Jenny has experience prosecuting patent applications before the EPO in all aspects of the biotech area, and has particularly focussed on bacterial vaccines, apoptotic regulation, immunology, ubiquitin proteases and molecular tools. Jenny also has experience in both attacking and defending patents during opposition proceedings before the EPO.
Elsewhere, Jenny has been involved in managing clients’ international patent portfolios, advising on filing strategies and prosecuting patent applications before the UKIPO. She has also been involved in filing SPC applications throughout Europe.
Outside of work Jenny plays amateur netball and is a keen swimmer and cook.
