Fionna Cumming BA, LLB
Fionna joined Ipulse in 2009. Prior to this she has worked in the UK and in her native New Zealand as a trademark examiner and as an intellectual property solicitor (New Zealand-qualified).
Fionna provides commercially-focused trademark advice to clients, drawing on a wide range of experience from the filing and prosecution of trademark applications to providing specialist advice on corporate transactions. Her experience includes drafting commercial contracts, providing input into business collaborations and advising on transfers and licensing structures. She has also assisted clients in contentious intellectual property disputes, including trademark oppositions and litigation, and domain name disputes.
Fionna was admitted as a solicitor and barrister of the High Court of New Zealand in 2005. She is currently working towards qualification as a UK solicitor and trademark attorney.
In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities and travelling.
