Emma Pettipher
Emma joined Ipulse in 2009 as a Senior Attorney. She qualified as a Trademark Attorney in 1997 and was made a Partner at a major European firm in 1999.
Emma has extensive experience and knowledge of all aspects of trademark practice. She has particular expertise in Community Trade Mark proceedings and procedure, especially in contentious CTM proceedings and settlement negotiations/agreements. She provides clients with commercial and strategic advice on their trademarks, including conducting portfolio audits and reviews as part of corporate strategy or due diligence. Clients appreciate her calm and practical manner as well as her proactive approach to all aspects of her work.
Emma regularly attends INTA and other industry events. She also trains candidates for ITMA exams.
Outside of work, she spends most of her time running after her two children, but – if they let her – she likes to relax in a spa with a Margarita.
